Return & Exchange

NOTICE
We try our best that your every purchase is packed & shipped with care. but we know, sometimes it happens.
Before taking the steps to returning any items, please email us at epacificitrimming@gmail.com and speak to our Customer Service Representative to obtain proper authorization.
If you’d like to make an exchange & return, please note that it must be made within 25 days of the invoice date.
**Before taking any actions, please read the entire refund & exchange policy. Pacific Trimming will automatically understand that our customer already read the policy when they are claiming for an issue.**

RETURN ITEM
We suggest packaging the return item with care as well as using a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery.
Pacific Trimming must first receive the original item.
Once your return has been received, we will credit the appropriate account within 7-14 days.
You will then receive an email notifying that your return has been processed.
* Pacific Trimming does not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice.
** Pacific Trimming is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged during transit.
Among returning items, there will be a RESTOCKING FEE
We will charge restocking fee $0.50 per item.
Not per piece or quantity, but by item (ex. 2pcs of 24L button, 1pc of 2" Square Buckle = 2 items)
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item.
* Any defective items cannot be replaced after 15 days from your invoice date.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item appears to be missing from your package, it is recommended that you please take the following steps before contacting Customer Service :
*Check package thoroughly as items can shift under packaging materials during transit.
*Please verify that the items are not in the backorder.
*In order for Pacific Trimming to ship you the missing item, it is necessary that you report the missing item to our Customer Service within 5 business days upon arrival of the order.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED & RETURNED
* Items sold by the piece : Buttons, Hardware, Notions, etc. (subject to a 10% restocking fee)
* Whole rolls & Unopened Packages (subject to a 10% restocking fee)
* Damaged Items 
* Incorrect items
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGE & RETURNED
* Cut to size items : Trims, Ribbons, Elastics, Zippers, Chains, etc
* Special ordered & Sale items
* Opened Packages : Rit dye, Rhinestone, Notions, etc.
* Used Items
* Threads
* Rhinestones
* Flower Pins & Brooches
PICK UP ITEMS POLICY

We will hold the items for certain amount of time, HOWEVER, if it's the item is past 90 days, we are going to discard the order and cannot be refunded.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
* Special order is ordered at the specific request of the customer
* All of the special items are ordered for customer, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances after 24 hours when the order is placed
* Customer is required to pay the balance of the purchase price when order is placed when special order items have arrived at our store
