Orders

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
* Step 1. To add an item to your cart, select "Add to Cart" on the product page.
* Step 2. Review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity.
* Step 3. When you are ready to order, select "Checkout" button located in your shopping cart.
* Step 4. Log into your account and enter a billing & shipping Address.
* Step 5.Select your method of payment. If you have a promotion Code or gift card, make sure to check the appropriate box and enter the promotion code or Gift card number.
* Step 6. Select delivery options.
* Step 7. Review all the information you have entered.
If everything is correct, select “Submit Order” to complete the order.
* Step 8.If, you would like to review your order, click the Sign In link in the top right corner of most pages to login to your My Account.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference. To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details and store credit cards securely. Creating an account can be done as you checkout by selecting New Customer or Sign Up on the mobile site.

If you cannot find an item you are looking for on our site, please email us and please provide as much information as possible including pictures and be descriptive.
A customer service agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Sign into your account and find your order listed. Then, click “Cancel” or fill out the cancellation form with your name, email, phone number, confirmation number, order number and a reason for the cancellation.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to the shipping company's tracking website, with detailed information about the status and location of your order.

Return & Exchange

NOTICE
We try our best that your every purchases are packed & shipped with care. but we know, sometime it happens.
Before taking the steps to returning any items, please email us at epacificitrimming@gmail.com or call us at 212-279-9310 and speak to our Customer Service Representative to obtain proper authorization.
If you’d like to make a exchange & return, please note that it must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
**Before taking any actions, please read the entire refund & exchange policy. Pacific Trimming will automatically understand that our customer already read the policy when they are claiming for an issue.**

RETURN ITEM
We suggest packaging the return item with care as well as using a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery.
Pacific Trimming must first receive the original item.
Once your return has been received, we will credit the appropriate account within 7-14 days.
You will then receive an email notifying that your return has been processed.
* Pacific Trimming does not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice.
** Pacific Trimming is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged during transit.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item.
* Any defective items cannot be replaced after 15 days from your invoice date.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item appears to be missing from your package, it is recommended that you please take the following steps before contacting Customer Service :
*Check package thoroughly as items can shift under packaging materials during transit.
*Please verify that the items are not on backorder.
*In order for Pacific Trimming to ship you the missing item, it is necessary that you report the missing item to our Customer Service within 5 business days upon arrival of the order.
